In addition, the leakage protector has an uncertain action area between the rated leakage action current and the rated leakage non-action current. When the leakage current of the leakage protector fluctuates in this area, it may lead to irregular tripping of the leakage protector.
Fourthly, the choice of LED display protector is unreasonable.
Unreasonable selection of leakage protector for LED display screen may also lead to its open circuit tripping. The rated leakage action current used in the switch box exceeds 30MA or more than twice the rated current of electrical equipment, so the time-delay leakage protector shall be selected. Due to the increase of rated leakage current or the decrease of protection sensitivity, the superior leakage protector may act, resulting in tripping.
To sum up, we can know that there are many reasons for the trip of full-color LED display screen. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of frequent leakage, it is necessary to rationally arrange leakage protectors, narrow the protection range of secondary or tertiary leakage protectors, and correctly select wiring and leakage protectors. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen power management and improve the comprehensive quality of power users, which can not only improve power safety, but also solve the problem of frequent tripping of leakage protectors.
