The bearing capacity of a single bracket is 250kg, far exceeding the weight of 110-inch models (220kg).
The bracket of the wall-hung advertising machine display screen is designed as "four-point fixing" (two-point fixing is defined as ≤65 inches), and each fixing point is equipped with M12 expansion screw (10cm in length), which can penetrate into the wall more than 8cm, and is suitable for bearing walls such as concrete and brick walls (not used for plasterboard and light partition walls), so as to ensure that the bracket is firmly connected with the wall without the risk of loosening.
Installation assistance and structural optimization of the wall-hung advertising machine display screen: 8 lifting assistance holes (with a diameter of 10mm) are reserved on the back of the wall-hung advertising machine.
During installation, the screen surface can be adsorbed by means of a lifting sucker (with a load of ≥150kg) to assist manual lifting to avoid direct contact with the screen of the wall-hung advertising machine display screen. D. Common adaptation and precautions for full-size installation of wall-hung advertising machine display screen
Installation environment requirements: No matter whether the wall-mounted advertising machine is hung or strengthened, the installation position should be away from high temperature (> 50℃) and humidity (humidity > 80%) to avoid direct sunlight on the screen (to prevent panel aging);
The power interface of the wall-hung advertising machine display screen should be close to the installation position (distance ≤ 1.5m), and the voltage should be stable at 100-220V, so as to avoid unstable power supply caused by long-term pulling.
Post-maintenance adaptation of the wall-hung advertising machine display screen: the interface area (USB, HDMI) of the ≤65-inch hanging machine is located at the bottom of the body of the wall-hung advertising machine, so it is not necessary to disassemble the hanging rack during maintenance, and the equipment can be directly plugged and unplugged; > 65-inch wall-mounted advertising machine display screen's enhanced wall-mounted model adopts "quick-release bracket", and the equipment can be tilted forward by 30 degrees by loosening the screws on the side of the bracket, which is convenient for repairing the interface and internal components without completely disassembling the bracket, thus reducing the maintenance difficulty.
At the same time, all wall-hung advertising machine display screen models need to be inspected regularly after installation: the hanging models of wall-hung advertising machine display screens should check the fastening degree of hooks every month, and the wall-hung models should check the tightness of screws every quarter to ensure long-term use safety.
