Core division logic: take 65 inches as the dividing point, and determine the installation method according to the weight and structural strength of the model.
For models ≤65 inches (10.1-65 inches), the weight of the whole machine is ≤80kg (for example, 65 inches is about 75kg), and the fuselage frame and load-bearing structure can adapt to the hanging force; > 65-inch wall-mounted advertising machine display screen models (75-110 inches) weigh more than 100 kg (about 110kg for 75 inches and 220kg for 110 inches), far exceeding the load-bearing limit of the hanging rack (the maximum load-bearing capacity of the conventional hanging rack is 80kg), and it is easy to shake due to airflow and vibration after hanging, which has potential safety hazards, so only enhanced wall hanging is supported.

It is necessary to rely on solid walls to bear the weight, strengthen wall-mounted to ensure long-term stable operation, and at the same time avoid screen deformation caused by large screen suspension of wall-mounted advertising machine display screen.
B, ≤65 inch wall-mounted advertising machine display screen model: hanging installation scheme and details.
Hanger configuration and hardware support: customized aluminum alloy hanger is standard for the wall-hung advertising machine display screen.
The frame body is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, and the surface is sprayed with rust-proof coating.
The bearing capacity of a single frame is 80kg, and the wall-hung advertising machine display screen is adapted to the full size of 10.1-65 inches. For the 27-65-inch medium-sized and large-sized hanging models, the design of "double hooks+reinforced beams" is adopted.
The hooks are precisely butted with four reserved bearing holes on the back of the fuselage (the aperture is 8mm), and the length of the beams is adjusted with the size (the length of the 65-inch beams is 120cm), which disperses the weight of the whole wall-hung advertising machine display screen and avoids the bending of the frame caused by long-term suspension.
