As the LCD splicing screen is a complete finished product, it can be hung and used at any time, and the installation is as simple as building blocks, and the splicing, use and installation of single or multiple LCD splicing screens are very simple. But after the installation, screen debugging has become a high-tech job. Many users and some businesses buy their own LCD splicing screens to install, and there are many problems, big and small. The most common question users ask is the screen debugging of LCD splicing screen. The following are some basic methods for debugging LCD splicing screens.
LCD splicing debugging tutorial is as follows:
1. The liquid crystal splicing unit consists of a liquid crystal display screen, a movement and a fixing frame. Before installing the LCD splicing unit into the cabinet (rack), please assemble the LCD splicing unit to a satisfactory state, or click the "Reset" button to restore to the factory setting state. Note: It is required to operate on a large screen to achieve screen consistency.
2. Image mode of LCD splicing TV wall (debugging method): Click the "Image mode" button to set and select the images of each LCD splicing unit of LCD splicing wall, which are "standard", "bright" and "user" respectively.
3. Still image: Click the "Still image" button on the LCD splicing screen to set and select the LCD splicing unit of the LCD splicing wall and the current image on and off in the large screen mode, so as to facilitate careful observation of the screen details.
4. Advanced Settings: Click the "Advanced Settings" button and enter the password "ABC.123" shown in dialog box 2, which is the factory default password.
The LCD splicing screen displays the following adjustment interface:
(1) "Check password at startup" means that you can set the startup password of the control software, that is, you can use the interface of the control software only after clicking the "Start System" button and entering the password. The default password is "000000";
(2) The items of "Smart Screen Expansion" and "VGA Adjustment" must be valid in all modes of picture splicing, but not in the mode of "Automatic Video Distribution Status". This button can set the password of "Start System".
(3) "Memory startup mode" After the memory startup mode is selected, when the software system is started, it will automatically switch to the signal input or mode selection state selected when the control software is closed.
(4) Start switching to AV, VGA or HDMI, and select the selected signal input. When the software is started, the screen will switch to the selected signal screen.
(5) Adjustment of VGA splicing picture of LCD splicing screen: (Turn on the button first) VGA automatically adjusts and memorizes the input channel: Select one or more units, select VGA channel "1" in the input channel box, and then click the "Adjust" button to start automatic adjustment of the selected LCD splicing unit, and wait for about 10 seconds to complete, which can automatically adjust each LCD splicing unit of LCD splicing wall and the current image in large screen mode to the best state.
(6) Adjust VGA channel "2" of LCD splicing screen to "9" in the same way. Note: In the process of debugging each channel, if some pictures have left-right deviation, you must first select the unit, and then click the ""or "-"button of the clock. At this point, the image will move left and right, then click the "VGA Auto Adjustment" button, wait for the automatic adjustment, and finally click the "Manual Adjustment and Save" button. At the same time, the following settings can be used for auxiliary adjustment, such as "horizontal displacement, vertical displacement, horizontal scaling and vertical scaling" buttons. Click "Reset" button to restore it to its original state.
