a. Chassis assembly process

1. The first thing you see is the chassis. Because it is placed outdoors, IP65 is a general international standard. Generally, check whether the glass glue on the inside of the welded shell is uniform and whether the welding shell is exposed outdoors.

2. Check whether the nuts of the installation bracket are tightly adhered to the frame, and compare the installation holes to be fixed.

3. Compare the outdoor advertising machine display screen chassis, fix the nuts, and carefully check the screw hole position and the gap between the glass glue application. If there is any glue separation or water entry, please remove the hole position as soon as possible to make the waterproof glue solid.

4. Watch that the surface of the whole machine is clean and check for dust inside the glass. Touch the inside of the glass to see if it is squeezed and leveled. Smooth it with gravity to see if there are blisters or bubbles. If there are, touch will definitely fail.

5. Open the door frame of the outdoor advertising machine display screen and try to close the door frame with one hand. If the door frame touches the pressing strips, the door frame cannot be closed with force, which means that the door frame design of the outdoor advertising machine does not meet the anti-theft standards.

One is that the structure of the door panel is not good, and the other is that there is a problem with the lock component.

6. Look at the operating noise of the machine and see whether the insulation cotton on the machine body can insulate itself.

If the air conditioner is very noisy and the insulation cotton will not reflect it at all. The heat dissipation structure of the air conditioner must be considered first.

b. Outdoor LCD advertising machine display screen inspection standards

1. Wipe as usual, coat the glass with a dust-free cloth, and see if there are water droplets around the glass. If glass or screw holes are found to have water droplets, please use glass glue to repair it.

2. Use a caliper to measure the distance between the inside of the glass and the LCD screen. If the adhesive strip exceeds 1mm, please pay attention to the air-cooled structure design.

3. Watch the internal board of the LCD screen to see if the wiring is clear and whether the surface of the LCD screen is guaranteed to be free of dust and stains.

4. Carefully look at the LCD screen pressing strips and support frames, and see whether the LCD screen is placed reasonably according to the direction indicated on the backlight.

5. Check the fan, insulation cotton, and protective net to see if the manufacturer is the real manufacturer.

6. Check the driving components such as the driving board, decoding board, connecting terminals, and power supply, and analyze them according to the standards of the Electronic Configuration Table.

c. Customized outdoor vertical advertising machine display screen software positioning.

Outdoor vertical advertising machines, if they are custom-designed products, software debugging of the outdoor vertical advertising machine display screens is also required. For example, electronic newspaper reading software, highway fee displays, or network remote are all customized versions of outdoor vertical advertising machines.

Unlike outdoor advertising machine display screens with reserved VGI and HIMD interfaces on ordinary boards, the requirements for WIFI and 3G antennas will be very high. Generally, ordinary outdoor vertical advertising machines, as long as they meet these 12 points. The outdoor advertising machine display screens produced are already very good.
