Method for detecting LED display module;
1, appearance inspection: through the general visual and feel, we can initially see whether there is a problem with the LED module.
2. Adhesion of coating: there should be no shedding phenomenon.
3. Screen picture: Whether the colors are consistent or not, or whether the colors are off-color, or even not lit.
4. Screen printing appearance: the screen printing content is clear and complete, the color is uniform, and there is no burr, defect, tailing and pollution. The specific content, location, pattern and font size of all screen printing are detailed in the corresponding drawings. Please refer to the attached drawings for manufacturers.
5. The color is consistent with the module (normal vision has no obvious color difference under natural light or fluorescent light), and the same batch of products has no color difference (note: color difference includes color and gloss). The coating surface shall be smooth, flat and uniform, and the surface shall be free from the following defects. No desizing, particles, bottom leakage, pits, flowers, wrinkles and mechanical damage.
Method for detecting LED display box;
First of all, there are many methods to check the box, but the commonly used tools are vernier caliper, tape measure and level gauge. Requirements for box inspection: The inspector must check the box materials one by one according to the designer's drawings, and check whether there are few processed parts or leaks. Box inspection must pay attention to the following issues.
(a) The deviation of the overall dimensions of the LED box is below 0.5mm, and the difference between two diagonal lines is below 1 mm..
(b) Check whether the burr is removed, whether the acute angle is blunt, whether it is scratched, and whether the hand prick is allowed.
(c) All nuts and nut posts must be treated with back teeth to ensure smooth tightening of threads.
(d) Check whether the assembly requirements of the whole LED shell are processed according to the drawings, and all parts (locks, hinges, etc.) should adopt existing standard parts to ensure the mechanical strength and sealing performance during assembly.
(e) The welding of all the welding parts of the box body must be firm, without the phenomenon of virtual welding and missing welding, the welding points must be smooth, the welding parts must be scraped, and the treatment process must be strictly standardized. The welding place should be polished, sealed and waterproof, smooth and flat, without acute angle.
(f) After the hole of the LED module is punched and welded, ensure the flatness of the surface, and the surrounding panels are free from warping and deformation, and the flatness error is less than 1 mm.. The size of locating holes in the front panel of the chassis is strictly controlled, and the error between the hole size and the hole spacing is less than 0.1 mm. The X and Y directions of the group axis are respectively on the same straight line, and the straight lines are respectively perpendicular to the shell edge, and the verticality is less than 1 mm.. The above are the testing standards for LED display screens and cabinets specially compiled by the LED display manufacturer Heli. ruiguan provides full-color LED display solutions and wholesale LED unit board modules. Welcome to inquire.
