Phase 1: Initial lighting and parameter calibration
At the beginning of the test, the entire display screen, which was assembled from the P3.076 LED screen, was slowly illuminated.
The engineer first performs fine calibration on the brightness, color, and white balance of each module and box of the LED display machine at the micrometer level.
Ensure that the screen can reach its optimal display state during the initial testing of the LED display machine, laying a solid foundation for subsequent stability testing of the LED display machine.
At this moment, the LED display machine screen presents a pure white image with smooth and natural color transitions, without any dark corners or color blocks, and its high consistency is impressive.
Phase 2: High intensity continuous operation test of LED screen display machine
This is the ultimate test of the "heart" and "endurance" of LED display machine screens. The LED display machine screen will enter the "168 hour uninterrupted full white, full red, full green, and full blue high brightness cyclic scanning" mode.
This stage aims to simulate the extreme operating conditions of LED display machine screens under long-term high load, and quickly expose any potential component weaknesses, virtual soldering problems, or insufficient power drive loads.
At the same time, our engineers closely monitor the temperature changes inside the LED display machine box and on the surface of the light beads through a thermal imaging device.
The Ruiguan Electronics P3.076 LED display machine adopts efficient heat dissipation design and high-quality power supply solution to ensure that even under such rigorous testing, the core temperature rise is always controlled within a safe and reasonable range, guaranteeing the product's ultra long service life from the source.
Phase 3: Verification of Waterproof Performance and System Stability
The core of outdoor products lies in "waterproofing". Although the enclosure itself has passed professional IP65 protection level certification (anti spray, dust-proof), we still simulate high humidity environment at the end of testing and conduct strict re inspection of all joints and interfaces before leaving the factory.
At the same time, the testing system will simulate various signal sources, play dynamic videos, high-definition images, etc., to test the processing ability and refresh rate of the display screen when receiving complex signals, ensuring that the LED screen display machine is still smooth and without ghosting in dynamic display scenes.
