Place the spliced machine core unit horizontally in the middle of the fixed machine core holder, then pass the backlight through the bottom of the left holder, and insert the plug into the left backlight socket of the LCD screen; When inserting, screen the cable, put the metal piece of the screen plug down, and then insert it into the screen socket of LVDS-driven LCD screen;
4. Install the LCD panel display unit according to the unit structure, and install the vacancy according to the "LCD unit assembly diagram";
5. The bottom, the left side and the right side of the unit screen are provided with wiring positions, and the wiring is carried out according to the schematic diagram;
6. During installation, it should be noted that the structure will not affect the subsequent maintenance and movement of the display screen;
Brief description:
1. The 1.LCD splicing unit and the unit are stacked and installed together, which can ensure that the screen display surface is flat before and after installation, the splicing gap is even, and the single screen can be adjusted left and right, up and down, and back and forth;
2. It is suggested that the internal adjustment mounting frame be made into a vertical bar, so as not to affect the maintenance (disassembly) of the rear cabinet, and pay attention to the movable adjustability of the screen;
3. After the installation is completed, place a positioning bearing part under the screen body to ensure that the screen is not suspended (generally it is recommended to make it U-shaped);
4. There is a face frame in front of the splicing screen, generally with a pressure of 1.6mm on each side. Pay attention to the front frame without deformation (it is generally recommended to use 2.0 cold plate to dissipate heat).
